"We had a water heater leak in our lower level and wanted a mold test before remediation began. Charles came out within a day of calling. We thought the prices were reasonable and very transparent (you almost order Ala carte with how many swabs/tests you want to do). Results took two days. Our leak had resulted in mold forming (visible and airborne) within 24-48 hours of the leak, which we had caught almost immediately. Charles walked us through all the test results and broke them down into language we could understand, hah! Honestly though, that last part is important, being able to understand exactly what the test results mean. Since we have mold, once remediation is completed, we will have Charles come out to do clearance testing in a few weeks. We highly recommend and are very happy with the service."

"We suspected we had mold but to be sure we had our home tested and unfortunately we had quite a bit. They were very thorough with the mold report, showing exactly what needed to be done and how to remediate the mold in a particular area. After removing the mold they do a retest to make sure all of the mold has been remediated. Unfortunately more mold was found in other areas. We can say we learned more about mold than we were expecting BUT it was important to make sure that all of the mold was gone. We ended up finding mold in 2 of our bedrooms and in the master bathroom as well as the crawl space. Because of how thorough they were we were able to get everything done so that we got clearance and was able to get those areas put back together. My wife was the one that was getting sick and we didn’t know why, now her health has improved, and it all goes back to the mold. I highly recommend them. In checking with other mold testing companies, they’re reasonably priced. We found that other companies charge more for the same services. Charles is very patient and takes the time to educate you on what’s happening and what needs to be done and the mold reports are quite detailed showing the infected areas. IF we ever ran into this problem again, which we hope we don’t, I would call them without hesitation."
